Amazingly comfortable rooms with hitting and comfortable beds and walls aka isolation sucks, good pool. Favourable amazing location, really close to all the clubs.

The breakfast was above average at the Italian, and the pool was excellent. It was very close to the center of the main venues, the beach and clubs and food and Coco Bongo, perfect and fantastic location overall.  

The setting was quite great and beautiful within easy reach of a night club. The breakfast was rich and large, they serve cheap food.

Got extremely spacious and huge standard room with 2 double beds as expected, greatly enjoyed it. A safe, a minibar, and an iron were there too. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for walking around

The location is good, 1 mile from Cancun Convention Center. It has modern and spotless rooms to offer with seaview and comfortable beds, for example.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Extra special overall experience. Extremely friendly staff, perfectly clean hotel, good sized and huge room. Large beds and cable channels, a mini fridge bar and coffee/tea making facilities. Large breakfast at the Italian and beautiful and amazing 

Great coffee, plenty of hot water. Amazing view from the pool/beach. Friendly and helpful concierge. Convenient to bars and shops. Specialty Mediterranean restaurant was amazing.

It's fancy and glamorous hotel with accommodating personnel at reception desk. The location is very central.

Enjoyable base for 1 night with outstandingly accommodating and really friendly stuff at reception desk. Bright room and huge, with climate control, pay TV, and a safe box.
